PIZZAAAH! I believe this is a great match: Iban Montoro & @jazzman_wax and my homemade flatbread pizza! Their new track is released at @exploitedrec and it is HOT! 🔥 Great groovy beat, lovely piano and awesome vocals! Love it! I topped my flatbread with grilled eggplant, salt, pepper, feta cheese. Last but not least, a drizzle spicy, garlic olive oil. YAAAS!
Homemade flatbread
(8 flatbreads, or 3 pizza’s or 12 pitabreads)
325 ml water
250 gr white flour
250 gr breadflour
1 tbsp olive oil
1,5 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
Ingredients
1 eggplant
drizzle spicy garlic olive oil
[100 ml extra vergine olive oil
1 pressed/chopped garlic clove
3 tsp chili flakes]
feta cheese
parsley
salt and pepper
Mix the flour with the yeast and salt. Add olive oil and water. Mold untill smooth dough, takes about 5-10 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil, let rise for at least 1 hour (outside the fridge). While waiting you can make some spicy garlic olive oil. Take some extra vergine olive oil, press some garlic and add together with some chili flakes in the olive oil.
