pumpkin-gorgonzola salad

Definately one of my favourite pumpkin recipes this year! A pumpkin salad with a variety of mushrooms, gorgonzola and endive. Also very easy to make! Together with a hot tune from @earnshawmusic on Duffnote Recordings! A fantastic remix! I totally love this jazzy deep house sound. Perfect for during dinner, some candle light, delicious gorgonzola and pumpkin. Great flavors in this dish! 

Ingredients:
400 gr pumpkin
60 gr gorgonzola
30 gr chanterelles
30 gr mushroom
30 gr endive
1 garliv clove 
salt, pepper and olive oil

First preheat the oven at 200 degrees, then you can kill the pumpkin, mix it together with the mushrooms. Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. Spread over a baking tray and put in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes the pumpkin is soft. Crumble the gorgonzola over the baking tray with the mushrooms and pumpkin and hussle a bit. Start plating!
