beetburger
For this meatless monday a vegetarian hamburger, made with chickpeas and beets. I created this burger Friday, it was experimental, but it worked out so well! The taste and structure was so good and quite easy to make. For this cool burger, I have an awesome beat produced by Lumoon & Robin and released @saltedmusicofficial! Love this funky rolling bassline, cool sound and a classic vocal. Damnn good! See the ingredients of my burger below. Ciao!

It’s the fig season! I made the classic fig recipe: Cracker with goat cheese, parmaham and fig. Nothing crazy, just very tasty! I’ve chosen something groovy to combine with this figrecipe.
